Founder, Randy Netski, got his start the old-fashioned way—at just 12 years old, knocking on doors and mowing lawns around his neighborhood, developing a strong foundation in hard work and customer service.

In 2006, Randy officially launched Vantage Concepts from the ground up, built on determination, long hours, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Fast forward to 2026, and Vantage Concepts has grown into a team of 100+ professionals. While the equipment may be bigger and the projects more complex, the core values haven’t changed—hard work, reliability, and a hands-on, personalized approach to every job.
